Change emulation
MENU - - EMULATION
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Select the emulation type using the and keys in the list shown:
 Press ENTER.
Alternative emulation for KPDL emulation
When it is switched on, the KPDL (auto) emulation allows you to automatically change the emulation
depending on the print job received.
MENU - - EMULATION
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Select the KPDL (AUTO) emulation using the and keys.Press ENTER.
 Press the > key.
 Select ALT. EMULATION using the and keys. Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
Select the emulation using the or keys from the following list:
 Press ENTER.
Printing out KPDL errors
You can print out a description of any printing errors which may occur in KPDL emulation mode. To
do this you need to switch this option on (it is switched off by default).
MENU - - EMULATION
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Select the KPDL or KPDL (AUTO) emulation using the and keys. Press ENTER.
 Press the > key.
 Select KPDL PRINT. ERR. using the and keys.
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Select ON for using the or keys. Press ENTER.
