3.1.1 Encapsulation options in USB mode (depending on versions)
Depending on versions, the SAGEM F@st™ 908/948 modem offers a number of different
encapsulation modes on installation in USB mode:
¾ PPPoA,
¾ PPPoE,
¾ RFC 1483 bridge / DHCP,
¾ RFC 1483 router / DHCP.
Please refer to the documentation or even the subscription email from your Internet Access
Provider (IAP) to ascertain which encapsulation mode is appropriate to your ADSL line.
