It is possible to modify the password enabling access to your modem/router’s HTTP
configurator.
Modifying the password
On the modem/router’s home page:
• in the left-side column, click on Access
Control,
• select the account to be modified,
• click on Change Password,
• in the Old Password field, key in the
former password,
• in the New Password field, key in your
new password,
• in the Confirm New Password field, key
in your new password a second time.
• Click on Apply.
• Click on Save in the left-side frame and confirm by clicking on the Save button in the
central area.

in mind to protect your data and your high-speed Internet access.
The functions described in this chapter therefore protect your installation from intrusions on
the Wi-Fi wireless network as well as from Internet.
