LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE LOSS
OF USE OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA,
OR OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED BY OR IN CONNETION
WITH THE PRODUCTS, ACCESSORIES, SOFTWARE OR
EQUIIPMENT FAILING TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. THIS
WARRANTY SETS FORTH ALL OF BRIGHTSTAR’S
REPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THIS PRODUCT AND ITS
ACCESSORIES.
Limited Warranty
The mobile phone and software program developed by Sagem
Communication (SAGEM) remains the exclusive property of Sagem.
YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM MODIFYING,
TRANSLATING, DE-COMPILING OR DISASSEMBLING THIS
SOFTWARE PROGRAM OR ANY PART THEREOF.
Brightstar US, Inc. (Brightstar) is the exclusive distributor for Sagem
in the United States and is responsible for all warranties for SAGEM
phones and accessories sold in the United States. Please DO NOT
contact Sagem directly regarding any warranty claims; doing so will
only delay the processing of your claim.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS
WARRANTY CARD ARE THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND
REMEDIES PROVIDED BY BRIGHTSTAR AND ARE IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION
OF LAW. BRIGHTSTAR OR SAGEM MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
