ADVICE IN THE EVENT OF A PROBLEM
Advice in the event of a problem
Before contacting the Customer Service Department, you can try and identify the problem
with the aid of the following checklist:
Total lack of response from the terminal
Check that the phone is connected to the terminal.
Check that the terminal is connected to the mains power supply, check the socket
outlet and the connecting cable.
Check the field strength (see page 12).
Interruptions during a call
Check the field strength (see page 12).
