Butterflied Tandori Spatchcocks

Serves 
2 cups of Greek yogurt (natural unsweetened)
5cm piece of fresh ginger gratednely
1 whole lemon juiced
½ cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Garam masala
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
Method
Mix all ingredients together. Add chicken
and coat well in the mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade, wiping o
the excess. Place chicken in baking pan.
Position wire rack in the bottom rack height
position.
Turn FUNCTION dial to ROAST setting.
Turn TIME dial to minutes.
Turn TEMPERATURE dial to C
CONVECTION. Press the START button.
When preheating has completed, place
baking pan on wire rack and roast chicken in
the oven for minutes.
Once cooking isnished, remove spatchcocks
from oven, cover loosely in foil and allow to
rest for minutes before carving.
Tip
Chicken can be cooked straight away in step .
However, for optimal flavour, marinating overnight
is recommended.
