EN OPERATION BEFORE FIRST USE Machine preparation Remove and discard all labelling and packaging materials attached to your ice cream machine. Ensure you have removed all parts and accessories before discarding the packaging. Remove the lid, ice cream bowl and paddle from the machine. Clean these parts and accessories using warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Ensure all parts are completely dry. FIRST USE Initial start up • Place paddle inside the bowl.
OPERATION PRE-COOL NOTE PRE-COOL can only be operated in the stand by mode, before pressing START / PAUSE button. a) PRE-COOL lowers the temperature of the ice cream machine to reduce the time it takes to prepare your dessert. It is optional and is ideal to use while you are preparing your ice cream base before churning. b) To select PRE-COOL function, press the PRE-COOL button. The light surrounding the button will turn from white to red to indicate that the machine is in PRE-COOL mode.
EN CARE & CLEANING Ensure that the ice cream machine is turned off by pressing the POWER button. The ice cream machine is off when the START / PAUSE button’s LED light is no longer illuminating red. Remove the power plug from the power outlet. Allow the ice cream machine compressor to cool completely before disassembling and cleaning. CLEANING THE STAINLESS STEEL HOUSING 1. Wipe the exterior of the stainless steel housing and the LCD screen with a soft damp cloth.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM EASY SOLUTION Ice cream won’t freeze • START / PAUSE button needs to be pressed. • Alcohol in ice cream? Added too much or too soon. • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation around the ice cream maker. We recommend leaving at least 15cm between the ice cream machine and adjacent hard surfaces. Paddle won’t move • Paddle won’t move if the pre-cool function is selected for the first 5 minutes.
EN TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM EASY SOLUTION My ice cream maker seems to be vibrating briefly? • The internal compressor is mounted on special rubber mounts to reduce the noise and vibration during operation. When cooling is not required the compressor will automatically turn off and a small amount of vibration for 1–2 seconds is normal. The controls don’t work? • The child lock may be on. Press and hold the HOLD button for 2 seconds to disengage the locking.

DE BETRIEB PRE-COOL (VORKÜHLUNG) HINWEIS Die Funktion PRE-COOL (Vorkühlung) kann nur im Standby-Modus aktiviert werden, ehe die Taste START / PAUSE (Start / Abbruch) betätigt wurde. NL BEDIENING VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK Voorbereiding van het apparaat Verwijder alle etiketten en verpakkingsmaterialen die aan uw ijsmachine zijn bevestigd en gooi deze weg. Zorg ervoor dat u alle onderdelen en accessoires uit de verpakking heeft gehaald voordat u deze weggooit. Verwijder het deksel, de ijskom en het roerblad uit het apparaat. Reinig deze onderdelen en accessoires met warm zeepsop en spoel ze grondig af. Zorg dat alle onderdelen helemaal droog zijn.
BEDIENING PRE-COOL OPMERKING PRE-COOL kan alleen in de stand-bymodus worden gebruikt, voordat op de knop START/PAUSE wordt gedrukt. a) PRE-COOL verlaagt de temperatuur van de ijsmachine om de bereidingstijd van uw dessert te verkorten. Deze functie is optioneel en ideaal om te gebruiken tijdens het maken van de roomijsbasis, voordat u begint te roeren. b) Druk op de knop PRE-COOL om de functie te selecteren.
NL ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING Schakel de ijsmachine uit door op de POWERknop te drukken. De ijsmachine staat uit wanneer de led van de START/PAUSE-knop niet langer rood brandt. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. Laat de compressor van de ijsmachine volledig afkoelen voordat u het apparaat uit elkaar haalt en reinigt. DE BEHUIZING VAN ROESTVRIJ STAAL REINIGEN 1. FUNZIONAMENTO FUNZIONE PRE-COOL (PRE-RAFFREDDAMENTO) NOTA La funzione PRE-COOL (preraffreddamento) può essere utilizzata solo in modalità standby, prima di premere il pulsante START/PAUSE (avvio/pausa). a) La funzione PRE-COOL (pre-raffreddamento) abbassa la temperatura della macchina per il gelato, riducendo il tempo necessario per preparare il dessert. Questa funzione è facoltativa. L'ideale è utilizzarla durante la preparazione della base del gelato prima di iniziare la lavorazione.
IT MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA Assicurarsi che la macchina per il gelato sia spenta premendo il pulsante POWER (alimentazione). La macchina per il gelato è spenta quando la spia del pulsante START/PAUSE (avvio/pausa) non è più illuminata in rosso. Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa di corrente. RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI PROBLEMA Il gelato non si congela SOLUZIONE SEMPLICE • È necessario premere il pulsante START/PAUSE (avvio/pausa). • Se il gelato contiene alcool, è stato aggiunto troppo presto o in quantità eccessiva. • Assicurarsi che ci sia una ventilazione adeguata attorno alla macchina per il gelato. Si consiglia di lasciare uno spazio di almeno 15 cm tra la macchina per il gelato e le superfici rigide adiacenti.

PT CUIDADOS E LIMPEZA Certifique-se de que a máquina de gelados está desligada; para tal, prima o botão POWER (Alimentação). A máquina de gelados está desligada quando a luz indicadora LED do botão START / PAUSE (Iniciar/Pausa) já não está aceso a vermelho. Retire a ficha do cabo de alimentação da tomada elétrica. Aguarde até que o compressor da máquina de gelados tenha arrefecido na totalidade antes de desmontar e limpar a máquina.
CUIDADOS E LIMPEZA 2. Aguarde até que todas as superfícies estejam devidamente secas antes de montar novamente na máquina de gelados. NOTA O braço de mistura e a tampa podem ser lavados na máquina de lavar louças mas APENAS na prateleira superior. ARMAZENAMENTO Armazene o aparelho na vertical e com os seus pés de apoio nivelados.
