Creating a Single New User
1. Click ‘Admin’ on the SAFARI Montage header.
2. Click ‘Users’ from the secondary navigation menu. (‘Users’ is within the Settings submenu.)
3. Click the ‘add user’ link at the top of the User Summary page. If you are an administrator
logged into a WAN parent server, select the school you want to create users within before
clicking the ‘add user’ link.
4. Complete the form. Usernames must be between 3 and 30 letters and/or numbers. Spaces are
not allowed. Passwords must be between 5 and 10 letters and/or numbers. You may also leave
the field blank to generate a random password that will be emailed to the user
