Install the connecting duct to the
inner guard panel, fasten into
position through the standard
inner guard panel holes with
5.0mm body washers (item 14)
and 5.0mm nyloc nuts (item 15)
as shown.

Apply a liberal amount of
adhesive sealant to the air
cleaner housing inlet and
connecting duct, install the air
cleaner housing and fasten with
standard mounting hardware.
Secure the connecting duct to air
cleaner housing with self-taping
screw (item 5).

Remove and discard the wiring
loom clip as shown, loosely
install a 70/90mm hose clamp
(item 11) to either end of the air
entry hose (item 10), apply a
small amount of CRC to both
ends of the hose, install the hose
onto the snorkel body outlet then
onto the connecting duct, with
the hose correctly positioned
fasten the 70/90mm hose
clamps.
