Fasten the upper mounting
bracket to snorkel body with hex
bolts (item 4).
Carefully position the snorkel
body onto the guard, with the
snorkel correctly positioned onto
the guard panel and ‘A’ pillar,
mark the 3 upper mounting
bracket hole positions onto the
plastic windscreen moulding (as
shown).
Remove the snorkel body.

Drill a 5.0mm hole for each of the
3 marked hole positions, drilling
through the plastic windscreen
mould and the ‘A’ pillar panel,
remove the plastic windscreen
mould, drill the 3 holes in the ‘A’
pillar panel to 8.0mm.
Deburr and paint holes.

Insert the plastic body clips (item
6) into the 8.0mm holes in the ‘A’
pillar, apply a bead of adhesive
sealant around each of the
plastic body clips and plastic
windscreen mould where
required, fasten the plastic ‘A’
pillar mould into position.
