Device Snapshots

This feature is available for users with “owner” privileges. Using this feature it is possible to collect logs at a

device from the EMS. Note: This feature consumes a lot of upstream bandwidth at the device end and should

only be used sparingly only for debugging purposes. In the normal flow of operations, it is recommended to

not use this feature. Please contact EMS Support if you are required to use this feature and EMS support

should guide you about using this feature.
