4) Navigate to BRH Device and click on more, and select software upgrade from the drop down menu.

Note: Some Options may be available only on devices with latest firmware and they are also available only to

a user belonging to a certain role. (eg. Snapshot Related options are available only on device with latest

firmware only for the users belonging to Owner Class.)

5) In the dialog that is shown, Choose the firmware that is to be uploaded. In the current version of

EMS, once “Upgrade” is requested, device automatically swaps the active partition and reboots in a

new firmware.

Once Firmware upgrade is triggered, User will be notified of success or failure of the triggered action. The

result of triggered action is also captured in the Audit Logs. Upon successful Upgrade the “active” and

“standby” version of the device software are updated.
