Installation instructions for topmount sinks:
Important Information
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury or product damage.
Note : You may require different specialized tools to install this
sink to
countertop materials other than wood or wood composites.
▲ To ensure a safe and damage-free installation, two people should install the sink.
▲ Before installation, unpack the new sink and inspect it for damage, return the sink
to its protective carton until you are ready to install it.
▲ Inspect the drain and tubing, replace if necessary.
▲ If possible, assemble the strainer and the faucet to the sink before installing the
sink.
▲ For a replacement installation, make sure the existing cut-out is the same size or
smaller than the cut-out needed for the new sink.
Installation instructions
1. Remove your new sink from the carton. Use caution as sink edges may cause minor
cuts. W
ear safety gloves for your protection.
2. If you are replacing old sink, remove old one and verify existing countertop opening
will fit your new sink by setting it temporarily.
3. If you are installing a sink to a new counter top please follow directions as shown.
4. Place the sink upside down on the counter top in desired position and trace
completely outside sink rim using soft lead pencil. (Figure 1)
5. Remove sink from counter top and draw cutout line 5/16” inside the original rim
outside line with 1-1/2” radius at corners. Drill holes at the inside corner of the cutout
line. (Figure 2)
6. Use a jig saw, start cut from the drilled hole along the cutout line. Support cutout
until the cut is completed. (Figure 3)
