NOTE: Due to the increase in size of your new S&S® Throttle Hog throttle body, it may in some cases, be necessary to clearance the lower ns of the rear
cylinder head near the plastic cover of the throttle body.
NOTE: In applications where the engine height is shorter than stock, the manifold surface may require a minimal amount of sanding on the throttle
body in order to achieve proper tment.
OntheB2ThrottleHogmanifolds,use Picture 5 below to determine the appropriate manifold length for your application.
If you are not certain of your capabilities or do not have the correct tools for this step, S&S recommends you consult your local dealer.


• Do not over-tighten as this may damage the part and aect the operation of the sensor.
• Take special care when installing the injectors. They contain special o-rings that seal pressurized gasoline. If any of the seals are
damaged during assembly, replace them immediately.
