Ulity Menu
The Ulity Menu allows the user to change default sengs for several operang parameters. Once a seng is
changed, it remains in eect unless they are changed through the Ulity Menu or the Observer USB Soware.
1. To acvate the Ulity Menu, hold down the + buon on the end panel while turning the instrument on.
The display will show the MENU icon. Release the + buon and donE will appear along with the MENU
icon. The ulity menu can be accessed even if the probe is disconnected.
2. Scroll through the menu by pushing the + or - buons.
3. To select an opon, push the SET buon and the SET icon is displayed.
4. Use the + or - buons to toggle between choices and press the SET buon to enter the new value. The
instrument will connue to operate in the Ulity Menu mode, and the display will show DONE and
MENU. To adjust another Ulity Menu opon, repeat the above steps.
5. To exit the Ulity Menu at any me, press the SET buon again when DONE is displayed. The Inspector
EXP will connue with the normal start-up roune.

backlight me) and exits the Ulity Menu

the list of isotopes eciencies to display
