Q: I got some of the coating on my skin, how
can it be removed?
A: Protective gloves are to be worn during the
application phase, but it is understandable
to get some on your arms or clothes while
applying the material.
SOLUTION – If you can catch the material
before it cures (within 15-20 minutes of

a solvent such as MEK or acetone. It may

wear something that you don’t mind getting
dirty. Once the material cures it is basically
permanent to a point. Solvents will no longer
take it off, as it is chemically resistant to them
once cured. Aggressive scrubbing under
warm water may break the material free from
the skin and some reddening from agitation
might be seen as a result.
Q: How can the coating be done in sections?
A: SOLUTION – If coating in sections is
required use duct tape as a stopping point.

