RESIDENTIAL LIMITED LIFETIME MATERIAL WARRANTY

RockSolid Floors

are warranted against peeling for the lifetime of the residential concrete oor. This warranty extends exclusively to the original purchaser of the

warranted product; subsequent purchasers are not covered by this warranty agreement. RockSolid Floors

products must be applied in accordance with standard

RockSolid Floors

product specications and application procedures. This RockSolid Floors

Warranty is contingent upon the return of the warranty registration

certicate. The RockSolid Floors

Warranty registration certicate must be completed in full with a copy of the original receipt and returned to RockSolid Floors

by mail

or email within 30 days of purchase to maintain a valid claim on the RockSolid Floors® Warranty.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ANY DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS CONTAINED

IN THIS AGREEMENT IS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF IDENTIFYING THE GOODS, AND NO DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS HAS BEEN MADE A PART

OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN OR HAS CREATED AN EXPRESS WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS WOULD CONFORM TO ANY DESCRIPTION MADE BY

ROCKSOLID. IT IS SPECIFICALLY AGREED THAT THE GOODS SOLD BY THIS AGREEMENT ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

IT IS SPECIFICALLY AGREED THAT THE GOODS SOLD BY THIS AGREEMENT ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR

PURPOSES WHATSOEVER.

It is specically agreed that RockSolid Floors

liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product demonstrated to be defective by the purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall RockSolid Floors

be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages to the structure

or its contents resulting from defects in RockSolid Floors

. This warranty does not extend to labor costs for inspection, shipping and handling, testing or repair of the

RockSolid Floor Coating System or any other labor costs.

This Warranty becomes effective only upon receipt of this warranty form and a copy of the original receipt returned to:
