C. Once the material is thoroughly mixed, use a
scissors to cut a corner off of the pouch. Then
pour contents of the pouch into a paint tray.
Any left-over material can stay in the pouch
until needed. Use the Polycuramine Clear Top
Coat box to hold the pouch until needed. Use
a 3” brush to cut in around the edges. Use
ONLY a 3/8” nap, de-linted, high quality roller
cover. Fully saturate the roller and roll out in
an M and W pattern to spread the material.
Back roll until you have a nice even coat of
material over the entire surface.
ANTI-SLIP: For a nonslip coating nish use
RockSolid Anti-Slip™.
Cure Time
Depending on temperature and humidity,
(based on 80°F, 50% humidity) the average
cure time is 8-10 hours for foot trafc, 24
hours for full service and vehicle trafc.
***If you have Performance tires or have
experienced low temperatures, It is
recommended to wait at least 36 hours
for vehicle trafc. Lower temperatures will
require longer cure times (up to 24 hours for
extremely low temperatures).
Clean Up
Dispose of rollers and brushes according
to local regulations. Allow unused product
to harden and dispose of according to local
regulations.
