DESCRIPTION AND USES
Fluorescent sprays provide bright, highly visible colors on
a variety of surfaces. They are ideal for indoor and o
u

projects such as crafts, hobbies, stenciling, marking, and color
coding. These paints also glow under ultraviolet (black)

For best results, apply over a white base

PAINTING CONDITIONS
Use outdoors or in a well ventilated area such as an open
garage. Use when temperature is between 50°F (10°C) a
nd
90°F (32°C) and humidity is below 85% to ensure p
r
o
p
e
r
drying. Do not apply to surfaces, when heated, exceed
200
°
F
(93°C). Do not apply to galvanized steel. Avoid spraying in ve
r
y
windy and dusty conditions. Cover surrounding area to

Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical

by washing the surface with a commercial detergent, or other
suitable cleaning method. Rinse with fresh water and allow
t
o
thoroughly dry. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire
b
r
u
s
h
or sandpaper. Previously coated surfaces must be sound a
nd
in
good condition. Smooth, hard, or glossy finishes should be
scarified by sanding to create a surface profile. Removal of o
l
d
paint by sanding, scraping or other means may generate du
s
t
or fumes that contain lead.
