Use Rust-Oleum Vintage Metallic Rose Gold spray paint to transform a plain mailbox into a

beautiful centerpiece that’s perfect for weddings or any special occasion.

STEPS

1. PREPARE:

Always work in a well ventilated area. Gently clean the mailbox by wiping with a

clean, lint free rag. Cover the surrounding area with a drop cloth and mask any areas, if necessary.

Remove ﬂag and gently sand the entire mailbox

. Clean with soap and water, rinse and let dry.

2. PAINT: Shake can of

Rust-Oleum Vintage Metallic Rose Gold spray paint

for 1 minute after

the mixing ball begins to rattle.

Hold the paint can 12-14” from the surface. Apply 1-2 light

coats a few minutes apart. Spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each

stroke. Remove mailbox ﬂag and paint in a corresponding color, for a tone-on-tone effect, such

as Rust-Oleum Bright Coat Metallic Gold, if desired

. Allow to dry and reattach.

3. FINISH:

Allow to dry for 24 hours. Stage the ﬁnished product for your special event and enjoy.
