IMPORTANT: USE OVER A WHITE OR LIGHT COLORED SURFACE.
PREPARE SURFACES: Clean surface and let dry.
If painting bare metal or bare wood, prime first using Painter’s
Touch or American Accents latex primer.
PAINT: Brush or roll on. Use a good quality synthetic brush or
1/4" - 3/8" nap roller. Apply 2 coats 45 minutes apart to achieve
maximum glowing effect. Dries to the touch in 45 minutes. Latex
formula offers easy soap and water clean-up.
