Warranty
The manufacturer will replace this product if, within 60
days of the date of purchase, it is shown to be defective
when used as directed. THE MANUFACTURER’S
LIABILITY UNDER ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED IN DURATION
TO 60 DAYS AND IS LIMITED SOLELY TO
REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AND DOES
NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitation on how
long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
