Rust-Oleum

Specialty Reducer thins paint or primers for easy

spray application. It is recommended for use with Rust-Oleum

Primer Surfacer. Cleans tools and spray equipment. Carefully

read all directions, notes and cautions prior to use.

..DIRECTIONS FOR USE .

MIXING

Stir Primer Surfacer before adding Specialty Reducer. Mix one

part of Primer Surfacer with one part of Specialty Reducer. Do

not use more than recommended. Protect hands with solvent-

resistant gloves and eyes with safety glasses. Stir the mixture

thoroughly. The product is now ready to be used in a spray gun.

Note: Most automotive finishes require a specific thinner for use

within certain temperature ranges. Specialty Reducer has a

medium rate of drying when used within mid-range temperature

conditions.
