How to Use This appliance is for household use only. BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME • Remove all packing materials, any stickers and the plastic band around the power plug. • To register your product, go to www.prodprotect.com/russellhobbs. • Turn to “CARE AND MAINTENANCE” and clean the appliance, to remove manufacturing dust, etc. FITTING/REMOVING WAND 1. Unplug the appliance before fitting or removing attachments. 2. To fit the wand, push it on to the end of the motor unit, and turn it clockwise. 3.
BEAKER • Don’t fill the beaker more than about half full. • Set it on a stable, flat work surface, and support it with your free hand. • Don’t lift it off the work surface and hold it in your hand – if it slips, you might injure yourself. • For storage, you may use the non-slip base as a lid. CLEANING 1. 2. 3. • • • • • Unplug the appliance. Wipe all surfaces with a clean damp cloth. For best results, wash the wand immediately after use: Remove wand attachment from motor unit before washing.

FICHE POLARISÉE L’appareil est muni d’une fiche polarisée (une lame plus large que l’autre). Afin de minimiser les risques de secousses électriques, ce genre de fiche n’entre que d’une façon dans une prise polarisée. Lorsqu’on ne peut insérer la fiche à fond dans la prise, il faut tenter de le faire après avoir inversé les lames de côté. Si la fiche n’entre toujours pas dans la prise, il faut communiquer avec un électricien certifié. Il ne faut pas tenter de modifier la fiche.

GOBELET • Ne pas remplir le gobelet à plus de la moitié environ. • Le déposer sur une surface stable et plane, et le maintenir de la main libre. • Ne pas le soulever de la surface de travail et le tenir dans la main – si le gobelet glisse, vous risquez de vous blesser. • Pour le rangement, utiliser le socle antidérapant comme couvercle.
