3. Product Description
Basic Use
The Rusoh Eliminator fire extinguisher is a reloadable, dry
chemical extinguisher that replaces traditional stored pressure
extinguishers with self-service technology, eliminating third-
party service contracts, thus allowing more control over fire
protection assets for site owners and managers. These five
pound units are UL-rated at 3-A:40-B:C. Select either class ABC
multipurpose for general building installation in light or ordinary
hazard areas, or class BC for areas where flammable liquids and
gases are stored. The Rusoh Eliminator is designed to fit in most
standard extinguisher cabinets and comes with a wall bracket
specifically designed to prevent the extinguisher from being
accidentally knocked o of the wall. The wall bracket includes
multiple hardware options for easy installation.
These products are re-engineered dry chemical fire extinguishers
with technical design improvements in the discharge pattern,
functional ergonomics and materials providing an advanced fire
extinguisher for commercial use across many hazard classes.
The optional DOT-certified marine bracket can be used for vehicle
and stationary mounts where standard mounts and cabinetry are
inadequate. Inspections are easy to perform and the unit can
be visually verified as functional to meet the inspection code
standard. An inspection tag is supplied with every unit. The units
may be reloaded onsite. Training for reloading and inspection is
available by watching tutorial videos here.
Composition and Materials
Rusoh portable fire extinguishers are made from proprietary
polymeric materials and are designed to resist corrosion from
the elements, making them ideal for specific installations where
exposure to weather can shorten the operating life of typical
metal extinguishers.

Product Limitations
Local codes may require dierent chemical types and/or sizes
depending on the hazard level. Dry chemical extinguishers should
not be used on or near advanced electronics due to corrosive
properties of dry chemical agents. ABC dry chemicals should
not be used near oxidizers, such as chlorine. BC dry chemical is
recommended for these areas.
