Sets the Resume On LAN and Resume On RTC Alarm function.
(1). Resume On LAN：Disable or Enable LAB GPI to generate a wake event.
(2). Resume On RTC Alarm
Note：The LAN Resume function only works in AC mode, not works in battery
mode.
