.38 Special revolvers are provided with fixed sights. To change the
front sight, drive out the pin in the barrel rib with a small punch and lift out
sight blade.

Top of front sight even with top of rear sight.
Front sight centered in notch of rear sight.
Target bullseye centered on top of front sight.
