Important Safety Advice When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and injury to persons, including the following: 1. WARNING Do not place material or garments on, or obstruct the air circulation around the appliance.
Installation Instructions This section describes how to set up your fire. BEFORE YOU START 1. Ensure that all packing items are removed (read any warning labels carefully) and retain all packing for possible future use e.g. in the event of moving house or returning the appliance to your supplier. 2. Before connecting to the mains supply, check that the supply voltage is the same as that stated on the appliance. INSTALLATION Place the appliance against a wall. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION On the control panel, Switch A (see Fig.10) must be in the ‘ON’ ( I ) position in order for the remote control to operate. There are 3 buttons on the remote control. (See Fig.12) To operate correctly the remote must be pointed towards the front of the grate. (See Fig 17). The remote control functions are as follows: I Press once to turn on Flame effect. This will be indicated by one beep. Standby This will be indicated by one beep.
Water tank 1. Remove water tank, as described earlier, put into sink and empty water. 2. Using the supplied brush gently rub the inside surfaces of the cap paying particular attention to the rubber ring in the outer groove and the centre rubber seal. 3. Put a small quantity of washing up liquid into the tank, refit the cap and shake well, rinse out until all traces of washing up liquid are gone. 4. Refill with filtered tap water only, replace the cap, do not overtighten. Sump 1.

WAARSCHUWING Plaats geen materiaal of kleding op het apparaat en sluit de luchtcirculatie ervan niet af.
Installatieaanwijzingen Dit deel beschrijft u hoe u uw sfeerhaard moet installeren. VOOR DE INSTALLATIE 1. Controleer of al het verpakkingsmateriaal is verwijderd (bestudeer de stickers aandachtig) en bewaar het voor verder gebruik, bijv. als u verhuist of het apparaat naar de winkelier terugbrengt. 2. Voor u het apparaat op het lichtnet aansluit, controleer of het lichtnet aan de voorwaarden vermeld op het apparaat voldoet. INSTALLATIE Plaats het apparaat tegen de muur. 3. Geef de vlamgenerator de tijd om op uw wijzigingen te reageren. 4. Het apparaat zal minder water verbruiken als u de vlam op een laag niveau laat branden (draaiknop ‘C’). 5. Kantel of verplaats het apparaat niet als de watertank of het waterreservoir met water zijn gevuld. 6. Controleer altijd of het apparaat waterpas staat. DE AFSTANDSBEDIENING GEBRUIKEN Plaats schakelaar A (zie Afb. 10) op het bedieningspaneel op ‘ON’ ( I ) om de afstandsbediening te kunnen gebruiken.
Watertank 1. Demonteer de watertank, zie hierboven, plaats hem in de gootsteen en leeg hem. 2. Maak de binnenkant van de dop voorzichtig schoon met de meegeleverde borstel. Schenk met name aandacht aan de rubberen ring in de buitenste sleuf en de rubberen pakking in het midden. 3. Vul de watertank met een klein beetje afwasmiddel, draai de dop op het reservoir en schud goed. Spoel de watertank vervolgens goed uit tot alle resten van afwasmiddel zijn verdwenen. 4.
RECYCLEN Voor elektrische producten die binnen de Europese Unie worden verkocht – Stop elektrische apparaten aan het einde van hun nuttige leven niet bij het huisvuil. Breng dergelijk afval naar erkende recyclebedrijven. Wend u tot de gemeentelijke dienst voor informatie over recycling.

Die Flammen erscheinen realistischer, wenn der Flammenregler kleiner eingestellt wird. 3. Warten Sie einen Moment, bis der Flammengenerator auf die veränderte Flammenreglereinstellung reagiert hat. 4. Der Elektrokamin verbraucht bei einem kleiner eingestellten Flammeneffekt weniger Wasser (Regler „C“). 5.
REINIGUNG Warnung – Schalter „A“ immer auf „OFF“ ( 0 ) stellen (Siehe Abb. 10) und vor dem Reinigen des Elektrokamins das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen. Bei folgenden Teilen empfehlen wir eine regelmäßige Reinigung alle 2 Wochen, insbesondere in Regionen mit hartem Wasser: Wassertank, Sumpf, Düse, Tankdeckel und -dichtung, Luftfilter. Zum Reinigen allgemein immer ein weiches, sauberes Staubtuch benutzen, auf keinen Fall Scheuermittel verwenden.
