Exposure to Radio Frequency (RF) Signals
This phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufacturer not to exceed the emission limits for
exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the U.S.
Government. These limits are part of comprehensive guidelines and establish permitted levels of RF energy for the
general population. The guidelines are based on the safety standards previously set by both U.S. and international
standards bodies. These standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons,
regardless of age and health. This device and its antenna must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter.
This product has been shown to be capable of compliance for localized specic absorption rate (SAR) for uncontrolled
environment/general population exposure limits specied in ANSI/IEEE C95.1:2005 and had been tested in accordance
with the measurement procedures specied in “KDB447498 and IEEE1528-2013”
For body worn operation, this handset has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with the
(RTX) accessories supplied or designated for this product. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with
FCC RF exposure guidelines.

Interference information:
This product meets the applicable Industry Canada technical specications.
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a type and maximum
(or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce potential radio interference to other users,
the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more
than that necessary for successful communication.
The device is compliance with RF eld strength limits, users can obtain Canadian information on RF exposure and
compliance.
