2 Getting started
In order to have a fully operational 8244 DECT Handset, make sure that you have the following items: the
battery, the AC/DC adapter, the power supply and the USB cable.
2.1 First start
When you receive you phone you have to connect the battery.
If the belt clip is installed, you must lift it up and maintain it in this
position during the battery installation or replacement.
Unlock the cover.
Lift up the cover.
Remove the protective tab to connect the battery.
Place back the cover and make sure is correctly positioned.
