1) From the Idle screen, press left to enter the main menu.
2) Press and left to select Settings.
3) Press and left to select Time and date.
4) Press and left to select Time zone.
5) Press and left or just press left toselectyourpreferredtimezone
(GMT -12 ‡ GMT +13).
6) Press and left select Daylight saving.
