Was the screw backed
out all the way an

Back out all the way and
install lock nut. Retest
machine

Use your meter to
check for
continuity on the
deltrol valve
Was there

istance or an
open c
ircuit?
Call the factory
Replace the deltrol valve
Open circuit
Resistance
Replace the switch.
Retest the mac
hine.
YES
Do you have 24
volts on the orange
wir
e at the deltrol

lve?
Repair wiring from the solution
switch to the deltrol valve.
Retest Machine
NO
Do you have ground
at the coil circuit
of the
solution relay?
YES
Call the factory
Repair the wiring from the
negative buss bar.
Retest machine
