RECOVERY SYSTEM
RECOVERY SYSTEM
The recovery system of the 2023 series is powered by a 24 volt 550 watt vacuum motor.
The recovery tank is designed with a large lid to facilitate the ability to completely clean out
the recovery tank when use of the machine is finished. The vacuum motor draws air in
through the squeegee tool, through the squeegee hose and into recovery tank. The water
travels with the air flowing through the system and falls out of the air when it reaches the
recovery tank. The air then passes through the vacuum saver and out through the vacuum
motor. The recovery tank is equipped with a clear lid that allows the operator to observe
the conditions inside the recovery tank as well as the recovery water level inside. Inside
the recovery tank there are 4 major components. The recovery lid, drain saver, vacuum
float and the water baffle.
RECOVERY LID
The recovery is made from 1/8” thick
stainless steel with a clear dome. The
dome is to provide you with the ability to
see the condition of the recovery tank dur-
ing operation.
DRAIN SAVER
The drain saver is located inside the
recovery tank and is accessed by open-
ing the recovery lid. It is designed to
collect large debris that is picked up by
the squeegee so it does not settle in your
recovery tank or clog the drain hose.
