Temperature Control Rocker switch settings for different film thicknesses from 3~5 mil. Ready Light A green ready light clearly indicates when the machine has reached optimal temperature and is ready to laminate.
CS-923/1223 OPERATION The machine is operated by a rocker switch, located at the right hand side of the appliance. There are 3 positions 3 mil, COLD, and 5 mil. Hot Lamination 1. Place the machine on a flat, sturdy surface and press the power button to turn on the machine. 2. For hot laminating, the machine will take approximately 3-5minutes to warm- up, select the 80mic for 3mil film setting, hot laminating can begin when the Green"ready" light come on.
Troubleshooting Symptom Motor does not work. Pouches are not laminating correctly. The pouch is jammed. Solution Check to make sure machine is plugged in. Check to make sure the power button is turned on. Make sure that the machine is set to the correct hot setting. Please slide the ABS and pull out the pouch from the front of the machine. CS-923/1223 FONCTIONNEMENT La machine fonctionne par un bouton situé à la côté droite de l'appareil. Il y a trois réglages; 3 mil, COLD et 5 mil. Plastification à Chaud 1. Placez la machine sur une surface plane. 2. Réglez l’interrupteur de contrôle à la position chaud. La machine prendra environ 5-10 minutes pour se réchauffer. Quand la température appropriée est atteinte, le voyant ready s’allume. REMARQUE: Réglage de température standard est basé surl'épaisseur de papier à 20livre/80g/m2.
DÉPANNAGE Symptôme La machine ne fonctionne pas. Solution Assurez-vous que la machine est branchée. Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur d'alimentation est allumé. La pochette est bloqué. Assurez-vous que la machine est prête et la lumière est allumée. Bourrage de la pochette. Glissez le réglage de système antibloccage pour le mettre en marche et retirez le film par le devant de la machine.
