TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Suggested Remedies
Unit does not start
when pressing
power button
Unit does not start when pressing power button.
Check and reset the power plug. Wait 3 minutes and try to run
the unit again.
Water full indicator lamp blinks, and water tank is full. 
 Reset the temperature.
 Reset the temperature.
Not cool enough
The doors or windows are not closed.

There are heat sources inside the room. Check and remove any obstacles obstructing air discharge.

Temperature setting is too high. Reset the temperature.
Air inlet is blocked. Clean the air inlet.
Noisy
The ground is not level or not flat enough. Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
The sound comes from the flowing of the refrigerant inside the air conditioner. It is normal.
E1 Code Room temperature sensor failed.
Replace room temperature sensor

E2 Code Water tank full. Please empty the water tank.
E3 Code Pipe defrost sensor failed.
Replace pipe defrost sensor

