Step 3: Assemble Body
3.1 – Lettering Glue up
Using the ID marks on the back board, align and PVC
glue the letters in place.
3.2 – Assemble Frame
With the lettering complete, move the frame assembly.
Again, we utilized PVC cement, but also added trim head
screws for additional support.
NOTE: offset the screw as to not interfere with the eye
bolt installation process in the next steps
3.3 – Assemble Frame
Glue the additional tabs on the frame for that craftsmen
look. Ensure the back-board fits into the frame prior to
gluing, but don’t install board just yet.
3.4 – Retention Frame
Glue the 1/2” x 3/4” retention frame into the outer frame
with PVC glue.
