8. Using the Source window, navigate to the drive containing the files you
want to burn on to the CD by clicking on the
down arrow under Select source files and
selecting the drive (for example, your C:
drive or D: drive). You may burn individual
files or entire folders to the CD.
9. From the Source window, drag and drop
the files and/or folders down into the Data
CD Project window. At the bottom of this
window, there is a Status Bar that shows
you how much space you have left on the
CD.
10. After you have added all of the files and/or folders to the
Data Project CD window, click on the Record button.
11. The Record CD Setup dialog box will open.
Verify the proper CD burner drive is
selected, then click on the Start Recording
button.
12. When the recording finishes, both progress
bars will display 100% and the Disc Progress section will display “CD
created successfully”. You may now remove the completed CD from the
CD burner drive. Be sure to label the outside of the CD using a CD label
or permanent marker so that you can easily identify its contents later.
