- Before rinsing the boiler/rinsing the anti-calc collector (depending on the model), wait until the appliance is completely cold and has been unplugged for at least 2 hours before unscrewing the boiler rinse cap/ the scale collector cover. - Warning: if the boiler cap or the boiler rinse cap (depending on the model), is dropped or severely knocked, have it replaced by an Approved Service Centre, as it may be damaged. - Never fill the boiler directly from the tap.
Problem Possible Causes Solutions Problem Water runs out of the holes of the soleplate. You are using steam for the first time or you have not used it for some time. Press the steam control button on, pointing the iron away from your ironing board until the iron produces steam. The soleplate is dirty or brown and may stain the linen. You are ironing at too high a temperature. See our recommendations regarding temperature control setting.

ON Compact Steam Pro is equipped with a lock system to hold the iron onto the base for easy transport and storage. • Unlock your steam generator. • Completely unwind the power cord and take the water cord out of its storage space. • Fill the water tank with tap water up to the max indication.

It is safe to leave the iron on the base of the steam generator or on the heel. • Switch off and unplug the appliance. • Remove the removable water tank using the handle located at the front of the steam generator.

To transport your steam generator using the handle of the iron: -- Put the iron on the steam generator iron rest and raise the lock system over the iron until it locks into place (audible click). -- Hold the iron by the handle to transport your steam generator.

10. S i une rallonge est nécessaire, assurez-vous que sa tension nominale est de 15 A au minimum. Une rallonge d'une tension nominale inférieure peut entraîner un risque d'incendie ou d'électrocution en raison d'une surchauffe. DÉPANNAGE Problème Causes possibles Solutions Votre fer produit peu ou pas de vapeur. Vous venez de remplir le réservoir ou de changer la cartouche anticalcaire, ou commencez à utiliser l'appareil. Appuyez sur la commande vapeur en continu pendant quelques minutes, sans la diriger vers votre linge afin d'amorcer la pompe. Il n'y a pas de cartouche anticalcaire dans l'appareil ou elle n'est pas correctement installée.

10. S i es estrictamente necesario el uso de un cable de extensión, se debe utilizar un cable con una clasificación de 15 A o superior. Un cable clasificado para un amperaje menor puede provocar un riesgo de incendio o descargas eléctricas debido a sobrecalentamiento. Se debe colocar el cable de una forma que no se pueda tirar de él ni que pueda tropezarse con él.
RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Problema Posibles causas Soluciones La plancha produce poco o nada de vapor. Acaba de llenar el depósito o cambiar el cartucho anticalcificación, o acaba de empezar a usarlo. Presione el botón de control de vapor de forma continua durante unos minutos; asegúrese de apuntar lejos de la prenda para preparar la bomba. No hay ningún cartucho anticalcificación en el aparato o no está instalado correctamente.
