Fill slowly with water until the red ball reaches the « max » level. Do not fill water tank past the base of the boiler cap thread. Be sure that water does not spill over. If this occurs remove the excess water. Install the boiler cap and screw it on tightly but be careful not to over tighten.

The appliance does not have power. Check that your appliance is correctly plugged in. Check that power switch is fully set on. You are using the steam trigger before the iron is hot enough. White streaks come through the holes in the soleplate.
