1. Low oil pressure - RED
Illuminates as a bulb checkwhen the starter switch is turned to
position ’II’ and extinguishes when the engine is started. If the light
remains on, or illuminates whilst driving, stop the car as soon as
safety permitsand switch off the engine immediately.Seek qualified
assistancebefore driving.
2. Battery charging - RED
Illuminates as a bulb checkwhen the starter switch is turned to
position ’II’ and extinguishes when the engine is started. If the light
remains on, or illuminates whilst driving, a fault with the battery
charging systemis indicated. Seek qualified assistanceurgently.
3. Airbag supplementary restraint system - RED
The light illuminateswhen the starter switch is turned to position ’II’
and extinguisheswithin approximately six seconds. If the light fails
to illuminate, or illuminatesagain after the six second period, the
system is faulty - seekqualified assistanceurgently.
4. Anti-theft alarm indicator - RED
Illuminates in conjunction with the anti-theft alarmsystem (see
’Anti-theft alarm’).
