 by credit card: provide your credit card details.
 by phone billing: the detailed purchasing transactions will be included in your
(monthly) phone bill.
 by voucher: enter the voucher code. The availability of this method of payment
depends on the country and region of purchase.
The following items are available:
 Credit card number
 Expiry date (MMYY)
 Card holder
 Security code
Enter the credit card number (15 digits).
Note: The OK button is hidden until you enter all 15 digits.
