During navigation, you can be warned in advance that you are approaching a specific
location along your route.
For example, select the POI category Eating & Drinking; this means that you will be warned
when you are approaching a restaurant.
The warning can be an icon (displayed in the upper-left corner of the navigation screen), a
sound, or both.
You can configure the warning details for:
Landmarks
Points-of-interest
Select the warning category (landmark, POI).
Select a category item.
You can use the default alarm or you can customize the warning details for the selected
element.
Alarm: Landmarks
During navigation, you can be warned in advance that you are approaching a specific
landmark along your route.
For example, select the landmark category Favourites; this means that you will be warned
when you are approaching a favourite location.
Select a landmark category. You can use the default alarm or you can customize the
warning details for the selected landmark category.
When focus is on All categories (first item in the list), you can toggle between selecting all
items in the list and deselecting all items in the list.
To select an individual item, scroll the list, highlight it and press the scroll key.
