2. LCD DISPLAY
The “LCD” of the meter features two numerical registers and various indications displayed to the users as
below:
INDICATIONS
① Partial register (5 figures with moving comma from 0.1 to 99999)
Indicate the volume dispensed since the reset button was last pressed.
② Indication of battery charge
③ Indication of calibration mode
Indication of resetting present total to Zero
Total register
Indication of flow rate mode
Indication of unit of measurement of partial: L= Liters
GAL = Gallons
PT = Pints
QT = Quarts
3. OPERATIONAL BUTTONS
The turbine digital meter features two buttons (MENU and RESET) which individually perform two main
functions and other secondary functions together.
The main functions performed are:
For the RESET key, resetting the partial Register and reset table total (reset total)
For the MENU key, entering instrument calibration mode.
Used together, the two keys permit entering configuration mode.
4. BATTERY REPLACEMENT
When replacing the battery, please open the cover, remove the plug and replace the battery. Replace cover
before operation.
INSTALLATION
This turbine digital meter can be easily connected to a pipe or nozzle. The inlet and outlet for this meter is 1in.
NPT, and this meter can be connected to 3/4in. fittings by using the two adapters attached.
NOTE:
1. To protect against leakage, make sure all threads are sealed with two or three turns of thread tape or a
sealing compound compatible with the liquid being metered.
2. Make sure the arrow on the outlet is pointing in the direction of the flow.
3. Tighten the meter onto the fittings.
