2. LCD DISPLAY The “LCD” of the meter features two numerical registers and various indications displayed to the users as below: Fig. 1 INDICATIONS ① Partial register (5 figures with moving comma from 0.1 to 99999) Indicate the volume dispensed since the reset button was last pressed.
DAILY USE The meter turns on automatically when fluid flow starts and turns off automatically shortly after flow stops to conserve power. It can also be turned on manually by pressing and releasing the MENU/ RESET button. 1. Make sure there is no air in the system by starting the flow until it runs steadily. Then, stop the flow using a valve or nozzle. 2. If desired, press the RESET key to zero the meter’s Present Total. When zeros appear, release the button. 3.
DISPLAY CURRENT CORRECTION FACTOR AND GENERAL TOTAL (See Fig. 4) Press MENU and RESET together and hold for two seconds. Value “1.4000” is the correction factor which can be reset; “1234567” is the general total which cannot be reset. Fig. 4 CHANGE MEASUREMENT UNIT (See Fig. 5) Press MENU and RESET together and hold for five seconds or until Zone ⑦ on the display shows the current unit. Press RESET to choose a different measurement unit.
3 Press the MENU key. Keep it pressed until screen displays an image similar to the image shown. The first digit of the top display will flash to indicate the meter is in correction factor modification mode. 4 Press the RESET key to choose the desired digit from 0 to 9. Press the MENU key to start the next digit. Each digit of the correction factor can be changed individually. 5 Make sure the correction factor is correct, then press the MENU key.
