7.1. COMPATIBILITY WITH ROTOR POWER APP

In consonance with INpower® and 2INpower® power meters, INspider also broadcasts dual

ANT+ and Bluetooth® Smart. This is an essential characteristic that allows compatibility with the

ROTOR Power application.

The ROTOR Power application can be downloaded for free from the “App Store” and “Google

Play” stores. This app gives access to the most soﬁsticated metrics of ROTOR power meters

not only indoors but outdoors, when real pedalling conditions take place.

With the app already downloaded, you must activate Bluetooth® connectivity in your smartphone

and access the “Service” section of the app in order to pair your power meter. User proﬁle should

be conﬁgured in the “Service” section as well.

The app offers three different riding modes: “Ride”, “Basic training” and “TORQUE 360". “Ride”

mode works as if the application were a cycle computer. To conﬁgure the number of pages and

data ﬁelds that you want to visualise, follow the path: “Ride” - “Data Fields” - “Pages Setup”. Auto

Pause functionality can be conﬁgured in the “Data Fields” section too.

“Ride” mode provides common metrics such as power, cadence, time, distance or speed, but

also speciﬁc ROTOR metrics including OCA and recommended OCP (see page 44 for reference).

All of this data can be seen in real time and at the end of each ride in the “History” section.
