9. Maintenance
This chapter is for the installer.
9.1 Dismounting the Control Panel
To release the panel from the mounted back-plate:
1. Unlock the locking hooks on the top of the back plate by lifting them up
and out of the recesses on top of the panel.
2. Pull the top of the panel away from the wall to disconnect the connector
from the back-plate.
3. Remove the panel from the lower posts of the back-plate.
9.2 Replacing the 4 AA Backup Batteries
To replace the backup batteries:
1. Dismount the panel.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover (Figure 3).
3. Replace the batteries.
4. Replace the cover.

Do not mix between different rechargeable batteries type and different
charging levels
