6.4.1 The webpage cannot be displayed, what should I do?
For your c4mi webpage to be normally displayed, you need Firefox 11.0 or above, IE 8
or above, or Chrome 12.0 or above.
6.4.2 I forgot my password, how can I reset one?
1. Log on to www.c4mi.com and click on the Forget Password button.
2. In the Forgot your password pop‐up dialog box, enter the email address which you
have provided to C4mi upon registration. Click on Send button after you have made
sure that you have entered the correct email address.
