CRIB ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

For MODA Crib

DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS!

Step 1: Lay the Base Panel on the floor. Place one of the End Panels

on the left side of the Base Panel so that the silver metal inserts are facing

inward. Use three Decorative Bolts and Lock Washers to secure the

End Panel to the Base from underneath the Base Panel, but DO NOT

tighten the Bolts completely yet. Repeat this procedure on the right.

Step 2: Attach one of the Sides to the End Panels with four

Decorative Bolts and Lock Washers using the enclosed Allen

Wrench. Place the Bolts through the end slat of the Side and into the End

Panel, but DO NOT tighten completely.

Steps 1 & 2 Attach End Panels and 1 Side

Step 3: Screw a Bolt and Lock Washer in each of the top holes of the 4

middle columns of inserts on the End Panels. Leave the bolts sticking out at

least an inch. This configuration puts the Mattress in the highest position,

which is the height recommended for newborns. To select a lower position,

place the bolts in lower holes. Place the Mattress Support Platform

over the Bolts. The notches in the Platform fit snugly over the Bolts.

Step 4: Attach the other Side to the End Panels as in step 2. Now tighten

all 18 Bolts on crib completely.

Conversion to Toddler Bed: The crib mattress should be in lowest position (Bolts in the lowest holes.) Remove the front Side by undoing what you did in Step 4. Remember to loosen ALL Decorative Bolts before attempting to remove the Side. Use the bolts and lock washers you removed to attach the Toddler Rail as in Step 4. THIS CRIB MAY NOT BE USED AS A TODDLER BED WITHOUT A TODDLER RAIL.
