under
the

Wheel
to
hold
the
Spit
rod
assembly
in
a
vertical
position
while
you
carve
the
meat.
And,

you
want
the
roast
browned
further,
you
can
put
the
roast
back
in
the
Rotisserie
-
even
after
you've
carved
some
off.
