UHP router determines any incoming LAN multicast traffic and drops it if it is not allowed to work with multicast
traffic.
If the router is set up in static mode for multicast traffic, the incoming multicast traffic will be routed to the
modulator in accordance with static routing table. In IGMP mode the router verifies if there are any listeners on
respective satellite interface before routing this traffic further.
